Terms and Conditions *

1. Confirmation of stay

For all reservations, a credit card number is required as a guarantee...
For stays of 3 nights or more and/or 3 rooms, reservations are considered confirmed only uponreceipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay, throughout the year.

2. Cancellation or no-show at hotel

Cancellation is free of charge until noon, 4 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made after this time, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged, up to a maximum of 3 nights.

In all cases :

In the event of no-show at the hotel or cancellation the day before or on the same day, the customer agrees to be debited for the full amount of the initial stay from the credit card held as a guarantee, up to a maximum of 3 nights.
In case of early departure, the customer agrees to be debited the full amount of the initial stay on his credit card left as a guarantee.

These provisions also apply to a combined package of treatments, catering and accommodation.
For gift vouchers issued by the hotel, the above conditions will also apply and will deduct the value of the gift voucher from the amount provided.

3. Time of arrival

Rooms are available and guaranteed from 3:00 pm.
All reservations are held until 9:00 pm. Please inform us in case of late arrival.

4. Start

Please vacate your room by 12:00 pm at the latest.
For late check-outs up to 2:00 pm, a supplement of 45 euros will be charged.
After 2:00 pm, a supplement equal to 50% of the posted room rate will be charged.
After 6:00 pm, a supplement equal to 100% of the posted room rate will be charged.

5. Restaurant

It is recommended to plan your table at the " Bélouga ". We cannot guarantee the availability of this service, during your stay, without prior reservation.
This provision is also valid in the case of deposit payments.

6. Half-board and board

Our half-board and full-board rates are fixed packages that cannot be separated (Half-board: accommodation, breakfast buffet, and either lunch or dinner).
Any half-board reservation, even if not used, will be charged. The menu for half-board and full-board is at the chef’s discretion. It is not provided in advance. Any changes to this menu will be charged at €20 per change.

7. Spa treatments CODAGE

For inquiries or reservations, please contact the Spa at 02.96.49.89.10 or by email at spa@lagapa.com (reservations are required).

When you book an appointment, a credit card authorization is required to confirm it. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment. After this time, the treatment will be charged in full and cannot be refunded.

Any delay will result in a reduction of your treatment time and will not entitle you to any discount.

No refunds will be issued for any treatment that has been started and/or canceled before completion.

Massages for pregnant women can be performed between the^4th and^8th months of pregnancy, provided a certificate stating there are no medical contraindications is presented.

Any cancellation of a gift certificate after the 24-hour cancellation period will result in the full amount being charged.

8. Animals

No pets, even small ones, are allowed in our establishment.

9. Tobacco

Our establishment is entirely non-smoking. It is forbidden to smoke in all our rooms (windows open or closed). Any room judged unfit for rental due to the smell of tobacco will result in a fixed charge of 120€ for cleaning the carpets, curtains, bedspread and pillows.

10. Parking

We have a free, secure and covered parking.

"Non-refundable" Terms and Conditions *

For all reservations, a credit card number is required for payment.
Full prepayment of the total cost of the stay is required; this payment is non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

2. Time of arrival

For any late check-out until 3:00 pm, a supplement of 45 euros will be charged.
