About the chef
"A native of Paris and originally from Martinique, I'm a true epicurean when it comes to cooking. My career has led me to work alongside great chefs in prestigious Parisian establishments such as Yannick Alleno at Le Meurice, Jean-Pierre Vigato at L'Apicius and Mickael Feval at Restaurant Antoine.
My passion can be summed up on the plate, with a deep respect for products carefully selected from small-scale producers. A lover of travel (Thailand, Japan, Egypt, etc.), my style is simply innovative and classic, using French cuisine and adding flavors from here and there."

Breakfast
While the most gourmand of us all go for sweet or savory, others enjoy a coffee, a tea from the Palais des Thés collection, an old fashioned chocolate or a fresh fruit juice. The view of the sea and the light of the rising sun are an invitation to start the day.
The buffet offers an incomparable diversity of flavors around small producers and homemade.
Start your day with a tasty breakfast served in the room, in the comfort of your room or to take away.
